No one likes waiting, and you shouldn"t have to wait until 4pm to see a chiropractor when you schedule an appointment at 3pm. In my opinion this is not acceptable. Yes there are exceptions here and there, but you ought to be educated before or be able to reschedule if they can not fit you in during the time desired, if those come up.
