This friend of mine just got put on a diet to help fight off the Candida Albicans and other toxins. It is an extremely rigorous one; no sugar, fruit, starch, etc. His question is he lifts weights. He"s used to a high protein diet, which his nutritionist is against all that. What he"s wondering is if Candida development can be affected by protein. He consistently thought protein was great for the immune system. He needs to understand what I think.
